About Our Sessions image
Our sessions are all about supporting each other to have an engaging afternoon.  We do things that get us thinking but do not put us on the spot.  We aim to be "Failure Free" doing things that encourage us to be curious and talkative.  We most often use slides shown on our large screen.

We adapt our programme according to feedback from those who attend.
